Tyler Morton


Born and raised in Beavercreek, OH, I became a marketer at a very early age running my own lawn care business. Given the artistic and entrepreneurial strengths from my mom, and the analytic (engineering) qualities from my dad, I feel that I am truly blessed to have the best of both worlds. -A quick thank you to them for the values they instilled in me! After studying marketing and management at The Ohio State University, I wasn’t satisfied with the corporate world, and decided to go into business for myself.

Real estate had long been an interest of mine, so I jumped in head first! I obtained my license in 2004 and within the first six months was named Listing Leader of the Beavercreek Sibcy Cline Office. A great opportunity was presented to me to join a small independent firm, Valley Real Estate, where I took my real estate business to new heights and made the Ohio President’s Sales Club.

After looking into multiple franchise options, I partnered with the (then) owner of Valley Real Estate, and we opened our first RE/MAX franchise at the Greene in Beavercreek, RE/MAX Victory. RE/MAX was above and beyond the best fit for the model we were looking to accomplish for agents and clients alike, as it allows for maximum flexibility, while still providing tremendous value, and support. Fast forward a few years, and I bought out Scott and now have offices in West Chester, Springboro, Centerville, Yellow Springs, and Troy.

Though the business has changed, my principals to provide agents and clients maximum value and support, and the edge in technology has not.

I have the support of an amazing and beautiful wife Jessica, and our wonderful children, David, Layla, and Jameson.
